Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer exchanges online. Apologies for any inconvenience.

Returns

We only offer returns/refunds in the event of any item being faulty. If you deem your item to be faulty, you have 21 days from the date of purchase to contact us via email stipulating that a refund is required.

You may choose to have a replacement or a full refund.

Please note, we do not issue refunds for a change of mind or for an incorrect purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless it is faulty. 

To qualify for a return:

Item/s must be in its/their original condition without signs of wear or additional damage. Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (pouch, card and box included)

*For health and safety reasons we do not accept returns for earring jewellery. 

All purchases on sale items are final.
